Why Bonaire?
Bonaire is a must do destination for any diver. We have lost count on the number times we've travelled to Bonaire? This time, we are visiting the island in early April, just about the time when we all will need a break from winter's cold and snow. The island itself, is not very touristy. There is some souvenir shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from, but you'll probably not see a line up of cruise ships anchored off shore. Welcome to Delfins Beach Resort, a spectacular luxury property that features 84 spacious apartments with high-end amenities. One of Bonaire's trendiest new restaurant, Brass Boer offers upscale dining with stunning seaside views. Delfins' pool and beach bar will outshine all others. Lastly, the 5-star dive center offering lessons, high tech equipment and dive air. Delfin's seeks to offer their guests a total Caribbean experience! Choice of Accommodations Studio: Spacious studio (39m2) accommodate a maximum of 2 people. They have either an ocean or garden view and are located on the ground floor and first floor. All studios have a terrace, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchenette with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. 1 Bedroom Apartment: (63m2) These feature one bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. All apartments have a terrace and air conditioning in the bedroom. The apartments have either an ocean or garden view and are located on the ground floor and first floor. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 may stay in this accommodation. 2 Bedroom Apartments: (112m2) These have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room and diving area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffeemaker. All apartments have a terrace and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The apartments have either ocean or garden view. Penthouse accommodations may be available upon request. Amenities:

The Diving
The best part of Bonaire is it’s relaxed and flexible dive schedule. Since the reefs start close to shore, you are just a beach swim away from a memorable dive, anytime of the day. Do you want to sleep in? Fine. Would you rather do 2-3 dives in the morning and snooze in a hammock in the afternoon? That works too. Diving simply does not get any easier or flexible than in Bonaire. Bonaire is perfect for new divers. It is like diving in an aquarium, super easy, no currents and great marine life. SASS will have an instructor on this trip to complete open water training dives or simply dive with anyone who prefers not to go it alone. Delfins 5 Star Dive Center is run by Dive Friends Bonaire, the island’s major and − according to many − best dive operator. Dive Friends stands out by a mixing a distinctly relaxed approach with a high level of service. Boat Dives are optional. For an additional $168, you may add three days of 2-tank boat dives. Boats depart for both morning and afternoon dives. Klein Bonaire, a nearby island, is a popular destination. Since beach diving is the norm, a truck is included in your package. Unlike past trips, the CDW insurance is also included. With over 60 different beach dive sites to choose from, you’ll never see everything. 
Free Nitrox:
The dive opportunities in Bonaire are endless and so is the amount of Nitrogen you can absorb. As you know, it is nitrogen that causes decompression sickness, a.k.a. the bends. Please dive conservatively and the best way to do so is to use Nitrox. What is Nitrox? It's a special blend of gas that decreases the amount of nitrogen and increase the percentage of oxygen. By making this simple change, you'll be able to extend your dive time safely. To use Nitrox, however, you must be Nitrox Certified. This is super easy by either completing our online course or taking our 1-day class. If you would like to know more about Nitrox, please contact the store.
